The home was spotless and stocked with extra blankets, linens and plenty of fluffy towels. There was also the best stocked closet of baby items I have ever seen besides my own basement. Pack and play, portable crib, baby gate for the stairs (amazingly thoughtful) 2 baby bouncer seats! and an entire bin of baby toys that still amused my 5 and 6 yr old. Additional fun items were plenty of board games that enticed our teenagers away from their phones! The location is about 50 yards from stairs that go directly to Main Street. We were able to walk everywhere and loved not relying on the car. And the view of stars at night from the master balcony was amazing. Erik has an extensive list of favorite restaurants and sights that he has thoughtfully compiled and reviewed for guests in a booklet – several of which we tried and found to be excellent. He has many great recommendations. Most of all his communication before, during and after our stay were amazing. He texted the day after we checked in to make sure all was as we expected and we had everything we needed. He is truly a super Super host. We stayed in September during a heat wave- but we would love to come back during ski season. Book this home without hesitation. You are in excellent hands.

Location was great. Short walk down to Main Street. Kitchen table was extra large, which was awesome. Everyone could sit and eat together and play games (we were 9 all together) The deck off the master bedroom was perfect for having a cup of coffee and relaxing in the morning. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook – we only made breakfast but if we were there for a full week would have appreciated the kitchen amenities.

We had a great 2 family ski trip with an added bonus of our College kids joining us for part of their Spring Break. Plenty of room for everyone to get alone time when they needed it and the big table in the dining area was perfect for board games and nightly laughs. The hot tub was fabulous after a day on the slopes. The house had so many extras in the kitchen if you forgot something at the grocery store. We celebrated my son’s 10th birthday and found candles in a drawer. The walk to the slopes is just as described and the walk to Main Street as well. Would definitely come back to this exact house. Owner is very responsive and helpful.

We truly enjoyed our week in this house in Park City. Erik was easy to communicate with and we had everything we needed. The location was perfect – very easy walking access to town (less than 2 minutes) for shopping or restaurants and only a couple blocks to the ski trails. We were very happy with this rental!

Great House in Great Location! The house is really perfect for a family that loves to ski and also wants to experience the old town Park City. Short walk down to Main Street. Also short flight of stairs up to Quittin’ Time where we could ski down to the Town Lift. We had an amazing week in this house. Highly recommend.

Great week skiing at PCMR. House perfect for our large group of two families of 5. Great having easy ski storage in basement and walking distance to town. Only potential issue is that due to icy conditions, ski in/ski out was challenging for some of our group. Would recommend!

Perfect place to ring in the new year! Erik & his team were wonderful. The house was just as described- -when not enjoying all the fresh powder the kids loved the ping pong table, karaoke machine & board games. Location, location , location! Great access for ski in/out (Quit in time run was “closed” but we were able to easily navigate through the fresh powder back to the stairway) and the easy, short 3 min walk to town for shopping & dining was great. No car needed as we had everything within walking or skiing distance from the house!! When we couldn’t break away from skiing to pick up groceries Erik/Crystal/Brandon easily responded to our requests by picking up & delivering our groceries to the house. With 2 families consisting of 4 active kids ages 12-15, this was the perfect place for us to close up out 2021 & welcome 2022! The amazing snow we got that week was an extra bonus!! Thanks Erik – can’t wait to go back !!

The house is perfect! It is exactly as the pictures show. It can comfortably accommodate several families together. The house is updated with a great master bedroom and bathroom including tons of storage. Two cars can easily park in the driveway, possibly three if you are really good at parking 🙂 Location! It could not be better! Steps from Main Street, everything so easily accessible and great views! The House! Exactly as pictured. Super clean house. Great bedrooms and bathrooms all very clean and up to date. TVs in every room. Tons of storage. The Hot Tub! Must be mentioned as we believe this is the cleanest hot tub we have ever experienced including our own at home! Simply perfect. It seemed to be brand new, worked perfectly and is sparkling clean. Amenties! You know when you rent a place and you can’t find a trash bag or an extra towel? Not here. This house has EVERYTHING. In addition to the trash bags and towels the kitchen has every amenity you could ever need. Too many to list–all kitchen gadgets, fully stocked appliances, etc. Dishwasher! Stove/Oven! Refrigerator! Washer/Dryer! As a mom, these items deserve a shout out of their own. So nice to feel like you have things that work as well as if you were in your own house. Erik is great–checked in throughout to make sure we had everything we needed. Without a doubt, this is our first choice place to stay in Park City.

The value and the location can not be matched! The house is super clean and very well appointed–new appliances, lots of bathrooms and lots of availability for entertainment–TVs, games, a clean hot tub and a pool table. Easy parking. And a host who is available and responsive.

This was one of the best experiences I have had with Airbnb. The house and location were excellent. It was a clean, accommodating and warm space to be in, and I would recommend it to everyone. The location is excellent for proximity to main attractions as well as some stunning views of Park City’s beauty. Erik had great communication, and easy instructions to follow which made our stay seamless.
